Fig and Olive Tapenade

This easy but elegant tapenade is great for a dinner party or a special dinner.

Ingredients

Servings: 8
Makes:

45 g black olives, chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
115 g water
150 g figs, chopped
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp capers, drained
2 tsp fresh thyme, leaves only, chopped


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Add figs and water into the small saucepan.

Cook over medium heat until the figs are soft, and the liquid has evaporated.

Transfer the figs to the Beaker.

STEP 2/2

Add oil, vinegar, capers and thyme into the Beaker.

Use the Turbo function to process the mixture until slightly chunky.
