Ingredients

Makes:

200 g pitted black olives
60 g capers
2  garlic cloves, chopped
4  anchovies
4 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp olive oil
  salt, to taste
  freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions

STEP 1/1

Add the olives, capers, garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, oil and seasoning into the Triblade beaker.

Use the Turbo function to process the mixture until smooth.

Serve on toasted bread or with crudités for dipping.
