These little vegetable rolls are great for picnics and lunch boxes. Children can help with filling and rolling the pastry.

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  4. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  5. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  6. Add canned butter beans, spinach, canned corn and egg yolk to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Grate zucchini, carrot and cheddar cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 6
  13. Then season with salt and black pepper
  14. Place puff pastry on a clean lightly floured surface
  15. Cut into halves
  16. Roll out into a rectangle
  17. Transfer half of filling to pastry
  18. Brush the edges with some of the egg white
  19. Roll into a log
  20. Cut into 4 equal pieces
  21. Place pastry on baking tray
  22. Brush with egg white
  23. Repeat the same process with the remaining half of the pastry
  24. Bake - 20 min, 220°C
  25. Remove from oven and let cool
  26. Serve
