Make your own colourful and tasty vegetable crisps, children will love them. To ensure that the vegetables are crisp you need to add only a handful to the oil at a time.

  1. Fit thin slicing disc (4) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  4. Slice potato, carrot, fresh beetroot and sweet potato into a clean large glass bowl with direct prep attachment
  5. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  6. Add peanut oil to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  9. Heat with filler cap removed until simmering - 180°C
  10. Transfer vegetables to kCook bowl bit by bit
  11. Cook bit by bit with filler cap removed until golden brown - approx 5 min, 180°C
  12. Prepare a clean plate with paper towels
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to plate carefully
  14. Season with sea salt
  15. Serve
