Sweet Coconut and White Chocolate Sauce

This sauce works beautifully with fruit salads and can be used instead of custard or cream on your favourite sponge puddings or desserts.

    Method

    1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
    2. Add coconut cream, sugar, double cream and cornstarch to the kCook bowl
    3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
    4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
    5. Stir with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
    6. Then add white chocolate, butter and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
    7. Stir continuously with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 80°C, speed 4
    8. Serve
