This quick dessert can be served right from the kCook bowl, you can also pop it in a sealed container and put it in the freezer to firm up for a better scoop.

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add frozen raspberries to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 10
  6. Then add greek yogurt and honey to the kCook bowl
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  8. Serve
