This recipe makes a delicious, creamy peanut butter. It's easy to make and healthier than store bought. Spread it on your toast or use it in another recipe.

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Add peanuts to the baking tray
  4. Roast - 10 min, 170°C
  5. Remove from oven and let cool
  6. Add some of the nuts to Glass thermoresist blender
  7. Assemble the Thermoresist Glass Blender attachment to the machine
  8. Attach the lid and ensure it is securely closed
  9. Blend until coarse crumbs form
  10. Transfer nuts to medium bowl then set aside
  11. Transfer the rest of the roasted peanuts to Thermoresist Glass Blender
  12. Add vegetable oil and salt to the Glass thermoresist blender
  13. Attach the lid and ensure it is securely closed
  14. Insert the stir stick
  15. Blend until smooth
  16. Remove the attachment from the machine
  17. Transfer content of Glass thermoresist blender to medium bowl
  18. Stir with tablespoon until combined
  19. Transfer content of medium bowl to jar
  20. Use
