  1. Attach K Beater
  2. Add butter, plain flour, salt and caster sugar to the Kenwood Bowl
  3. Mix - 2 min, Speed 2
  4. Then add egg and milk to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix - 1 min, Speed 2
  6. Place the pastry on a work surface and knead together
  7. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
