  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add plain flour, ground almonds, ground cinnamon, caster sugar and unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  6. Scrape
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  8. Then add egg to the dough
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  10. Roll into a ball
  11. Wrap with plastic wrap
  12. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  13. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  14. Transfer dough to work surface
  15. Roll into balls
  16. Shape
  17. Fill with raspberry jam
  18. Bake - 15 min, 170°C
  19. Let cool onto cooling rack
  20. Serve
