A moist cake that tastes fresh and full.
Ingredients
2 Lemons
260g All Purpose Flour
2 ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
150g Granulated Sugar
130g Olive Oil
180g Plain Yogurt
250g Icing Sugar
3 tablespoons Water

Cooling rack

Medium bowl

Bundt pan - 10 x 4"
Medium bowl
Method
Pre-heat oven - 175°C
Add all purpose flour, baking powder and salt to a clean medium bowl
Mix with tablespoon until combined then set aside
Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
Add egg, granulated sugar, olive oil, plain yogurt and lemon to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
Transfer dry ingredients to batter
Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
Grease a clean bundt pan
Transfer batter to bundt pan
Bake until skewer tests clean - 50 min, 175°C
Let cool onto cooling rack
Transfer cake to serving plate
Add icing sugar and water to a clean medium bowl
Mix until smooth
Drizzle cake with icing
Serve
