Far Breton is a prune flan recipe from the northwest of France. It's simple to make and you can easily adapt the recipe using different fruit.

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add butter to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 5 min, 60°C
  6. Then add milk, egg, sugar and all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  8. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  9. Grease a clean square pan
  10. Arrange prunes in the square pan
  11. Transfer batter to square pan
  12. Bake until golden brown - 45 min, 180°C
  13. Let cool slightly
  14. Serve
