Ingredients

• 300g fresh strawberries, hulled
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 60ml lime juice
• 12 ice cubes

• Blend X Pro

Method

1. Place all the ingredients into the blender with the ice cubes. Press the ice crushing programme and blend until the ice and strawberries are crushed.
2. You can use as much or as little ice as desired, depending on how thick you want your daiquiri to be.

Tip: For an alcoholic drink reduce the strawberries by 50g, remove 2 ice cubes and add 150ml of white rum.
