A simple and elegant dessert. Prepare in advance, it makes a perfect after dinner treat.

  1. Get a clean medium glass bowl
  2. Add milk chocolate and unsalted butter to the medium glass bowl
  3. Melt carefully until completely melted then set aside
  4. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add egg white and lemon juice to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  8. Whisk with filler cap removed until frothy and continue mixing - 3 min, speed 9
  9. Add sugar to the kCook bowl bit by bit while machine is running
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl carefully then set aside
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  13. Add egg yolk and sugar to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  16. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 11
  17. Transfer chocolate mixture to kCook bowl
  18. Add whipping cream and grand marnier to the kCook bowl
  19. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
  20. Transfer egg whites to kCook bowl
  21. Whisk with filler cap removed then scrape bowl - 5 min, speed 3
  22. Whisk with filler cap removed until combined - 3 min, speed 4
  23. Transfer content of kCook bowl to highball glass
  24. Chill in fridge until set - 1 hr
  25. Garnish with orange zest
  26. Serve
