  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 98°C
  6. Then add chestnuts to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 98°C, speed 1
  8. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Return content of colander to kCook bowl
  13. Add milk and unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  14. Season
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  16. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  17. Serve
