Ingredients

• 400g Frozen Pitted Sweet Cherries
• 1 Orange
• 1 tablespoon Kirsch
• 70g Caster Sugar
• ¼ teaspoon Ground Cloves
• 1 Star Anise Pod
• 1 Cinnamon Stick
• 1 teaspoon Cornflour
• 2 tablespoons Water

Tools

• kCook Multi
• Kcook bowl
• Small bowl

Method

1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
2. Add frozen pitted sweet cherries, kirsch, orange, caster sugar, ground cloves, star anise pod and cinnamon stick to the kCook bowl
3. Add cornflour and water to a clean small bowl
4. Mix until dissolved
5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
6. Transfer cornflour mixture to kCook bowl
7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
8. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 104°C, speed 1
9. Let cool
10. Serve
