When you select a pre-set programme from the "Programmes" menu, press the dial to confirmthe onesdesired,and turn thedisplaydialtoselect either "Savoury","Sweet","Slow Cook" or "Steam" programmes, and press the button to confirm. The Cooking Chef Goumet display is very userfriendly, you can easily follow the instructions that appear on the display screen.

If no action is taken between each phases, Cooking Chef Gourmet will time out after 15 minutes!
