Ingredients

100 g carrots, coarsely chopped
1 tsp honey
2 tsp garlic paste
5 g fresh ginger, peeled
30 g apple cider vinegar
25 g soy sauce
30 g olive oil
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp miso paste


Instructions

STEP 1/1

Fit the Knife Blade.
Add carrots, garlic, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup and miso paste into the Appliance bowl.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a sterilised jar.

 

Use as desired.

 

Substitutions
Honey can be replaced with maple syrup


Remember to taste your dressing before adding it to the salad.
This can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
